When someone lives in the west for too long, and they apply civilised western standards to Lebanon well there is only one outcome (demonstrated by your angry response). My advice, just appreciate Lebanon for what it is, a chaotic, beautiful, and serverely mismanaged country, because there certaintly isn’t anywhere else in the world like it.
