That nationality law would be such a relief coz frankly I find it disgusting that I cannot give my children my nationality. It is so ridiculous that I have to stand in a long line in Beirut airport just to get MY SON a visa to enter MY country….

Passing off fake information? I’m guessing you’re just afraid of the competition.
And you call yourself a feminist.
You have no idea how many people were dying to hear news like this. How do you think they feel now, after finding out that it’s actually fake?
No law is being passed, nor has it been any time yesterday.
How pitiful.

The article is completely NOT TRUE.
actually no one convened for anthg.
there is no law change any time soon.
it is just an idea that MIGHT be developed as we heard for the past 5 years sometimes “soon” which has also taken 5 years up to now.
nadine dear,
next time u have a source… double check it…before spreading it everywhere with ministry numbers etc…
you just wasted our time for nthg !

The nationality campaign has got lot’s of inquires regarding this information. We checked with the Min. of State Mona Afeish herself, who mentioned that she is strongly working on this issue – as the head of the said subcommittee – but seems it’s not as soon as mentioned here.
